eCollections partners with outstanding data providers allowing managers to send accounts out for skip/scrub directly from the software. Utilize business rules, workflow, or defined criteria to select accounts for updating. Press the skip button for a quick sweep of the database to find accounts that need additional information.
An UNLIMITED number of addresses and phone numbers may be stored in eCollections. Never again pay for information you already have or information you HAD before the phone number was overwritten with the last skip. All numbers are clearly labeled with the type of number. 10 new numbers for an account? No problem. Load them all and dial away. The work number will never be squirreled away in the fax number field!
From the Skip Tracing screens users track all of skip tracing activities including skip tracing services, costs, hit rates, confirmations, and more. The system can be configured so that as your collectors mark accounts to request additional data, they are moved to a skip tracing queue. eCollections remembers the account's original queue and returns it there automatically when new information is found so that collection activities can resume.
Additional features like cell phone supression helps collection agencies walk the tightrope of FDCPA compliance when FTC interpretations conflict with judges who legislate from the bench.
Sentinel has negotiated special pricing with several different vendors. You can take advantage of these or negotiate your own rates with any vendor of your choice.
