Sentinel Announces New Service Initiative
As part of an important new focus on high value service, Sentinel recently announced a new service policy that will affect all eCollectionsASP™ customers. Beginning July 2, 2012, imports will have a 'Next Day' guarantee. Every import received by Sentinel will be imported and in production by the close of business or 5:00p.m. (CST) on the following day. This service is coupled with a guarantee - if the next day objective is not met then the customer will receive an additional free import for the month.
Also an important part of this initiative, all eCollectionsASP™ customers in good standing will receive one free import per month, and all new eCollectionsASP™ customers will receive their first three imports at no charge. "This is part of our larger effort to provide faster, more cost-effective services and increase our value as a technology partner", says Tim Cain, Sentinel CEO.
