Collection Advisor Top 100 Products for 2007
Congratulations to all recpients of the Top 100 Collection Products for 2007 who were honored at a special reception on Thursday, November 8th in Las Vegas during Collection Advisor TECH'07. The Top 100 were selected through 13 categories based on reviews conducted over the past year, as well as reader response and feedback. To be a Top 100-product selection it is essential that the product survive our excruciating review process. It may sound like an exaggeration; but much like most people fear public speaking, some companies fear being reviewed by an independent free press. It doesn't happen that often, but occasionally a reviewed company will object to what a writer has to say. We offer the company the opportunity to say where they disagree, which we can add as a parenthetical comment after the point of disagreement; and the company can send a rebuttal that will follow the review. Over the years a few companies who have not agreed with the independent reviewer have elected to vote with their dollars and removed their advertising from the magazine.
